Our client is opening a 30-40 seat casual fine dining room with vegan cuisine in downtown Shanghai. The concept is to source unprocessed, sustainable and locally sourced ingredients and make them look and taste amazing, in a cool yet unpretentious environment.
We are looking for a chef that is young, inspired and in search for adventure, someone that wants to make a name for themselves on the culinary stage of Shanghai. He/she will likely currently be a sous chef in a cutting edge restaurant where plant based dishes are the main stay on the menu and now looking for their first head chefs role.
