GSA MOVES INTO MASS RECRUITMENT FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY AS DEMAND OUTSTRIPS SUPPLY FOR RANK AND FILE STAFF
With an unparalleled growth in the hospitality industry over the past three years, it is no coincidence that employers are now finding it difficult to recruit rank and file staff, the problem is at its worst in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions where recent hotel, resort and casino development has increased considerably. Demand for service staff has outstripped supply and it is becoming more and more difficult to source quality service orientated people.
